Ok, back in February of 2011, Clint & I were having a discussion about The Church. The discussion was about whether Starfish was a better album than Gold Afternoon Fix. I was saying that I actually liked Gold Afternoon Fix slightly better than Starfish. Clint said I was crazy and asked me to rate each song indiviually. It only took me almost 4 years, but I finally got the ratings done:

Based on that data, it turns out Clint was right. On the whole, Starfish as an album is better than Gold Afternoon Fix. Only slightly, though. 60% 5 stars, 10 rating songs on Starfish while there is only 54% of 5/5, 10/10 songs on Gold Afternoon Fix.
That said, I’m looking forward to seeing The Church play at the 9:30 Club in March!
